Every cycle grows a garden.
A period and mood tracker for iPhone.
Check in once a day, and every check-in turns into flowers, trees and paths in this cycle’s garden. On the hard days, your pals can send a little care.
Thank you. We’ll write to you when you can join.

Your month, in flowers.
On day one there’s a lawn and a path. Each check-in plants something, picked by how you’re feeling, and by the end of your cycle it’s a garden.
When a new cycle starts, a new garden begins next door, in a style you choose, and the old one stays.
Always something to do.
Take the swing, water the beds, feed the koi when the lanterns come on. Build a summerhouse, a pond or a tent with the seeds you earn.
Wildlife moves in because of what you build: bees for the hive, a hedgehog for its house, frogs for the pond. And when it rains, there’s a house to rest in.

A real tracker, in a few taps.
Your period, how you feel and your mood: a check-in takes about ten seconds. Each day becomes a petal in the colour of how you felt, and Period Pals learns your rhythm to show when your next period is likely to come.
Predictions are estimates based on your past cycles. They are not meant for contraception or medical decisions.
Not a group chat. A pigeon with a hot water bottle.
Invite a partner or a friend. They get their own side of the app: a bird of their own, how you’re doing and when your period is due, without you having to explain. On a heavy day they can send tea, a hot water bottle or a note, and it arrives in your garden.
You choose for each pal whether they see when your period is due, and you can pause anyone at any time.
Your garden is yours.

Questions
Is it free?
The beta is free. The basics, tracking and your garden, are meant to stay free after the launch too.
When does it launch?
The beta opens on 8 October on TestFlight. The App Store version comes after that, once the testers have shaped it. Leave your email and we’ll tell you.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. Period Pals is on iPhone for now, and Android is planned. Leave your email and we’ll tell you.
Do I have to check in every day?
No. Miss a day and nothing is lost: the garden simply waits for you.
Do I need a pal to use it?
No. The tracker and your garden work on their own. Pals are there when you want them.
Do my pals need the app?
Yes, they install Period Pals too and join with your invitation. They don’t have to track anything themselves.
Is it a medical app?
No. Predictions are estimates based on your past cycles, and Period Pals is not a method of contraception.
